We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team—a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives on building relationships, driving clarity, and delivering services to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

what you’ll do

  • Lead complex, high-touch corporate events from concept through execution.

  • Partner with Executive Leadership to shape event strategy and success metrics.

  • Oversee multidisciplinary teams and vendor partners to deliver top-tier experiences.

  • Own client relationships, lead communications, and guide decision-making.

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and the critical path with precision.

  • Lead site visits and on-site execution as the client’s right hand.

  • Mentor team members and champion operational excellence.

what we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of progressive experience leading end-to-end corporate event programs; financial services a plus.

  • Proven success managing large budgets and high-touch client accounts.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a win-win solutions-focused approach.

  • Experience with project management tools (Asana or similar), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel), Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • PMP or similar certification a plus.

  • Place of Employment

    • Company is primarily remote. A suitable remote work environment is required including a quiet workspace with minimal distractions, reliable internet access, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders virtually (both on and off camera).

    • Domestic and occasional international travel (5–10% annually, sometimes on weekends) will be required for client site visits, event execution, and company retreats. As such, candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport.
