We’re looking for a Business & Office Manager to join our team and serve as the operational heartbeat of the agency. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building structure, keeping things running smoothly, and wearing many hats in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

what you’ll do

As our Business & Office Manager, you’ll:

  • Keep the numbers in check by overseeing QuickBooks, tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and supporting tax planning.

  • Keep us compliant by managing contracts, insurance, and legal consultant coordination.

  • Keep us connected by liaising with IT consultants and ensuring our systems run smoothly.

  • Keep the team supported by managing HR operations (payroll, benefits, timesheets, vendor communications, CRM upkeep).

  • Keep the company humming by managing policies, calendars, memberships, and general administration.

what we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in office management, operations, or business administration (small business and/or professional services/agency experience preferred).

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Asana, and Gusto (or similar).

  • Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and experience with accounting and financial reporting.

  • Comfortable managing contracts and insurance.

  • Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful — you anticipate needs before they arise.

  • Excellent communicator who can balance independence with collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, accounting, human resources or equivalent experience.

compensation & benefits

  • Salary range: 55,000 – 75,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience.

  • Place of Employment: Company is primarily remote. A suitable remote work environment is required including a quiet workspace with minimal distractions, reliable internet access, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders virtually (both on and off camera). Employee will be required to work in-person with the President & Founder in Miami Beach, FL, approximately one day per month and may be required to undertake travel for company retreats.
